How a custom vial pack works

A custom vial pack lets you assemble one order from individual research vials instead of buying a fixed 10-vial pack of a single compound. You choose each vial separately, repeat any compound as often as stock allows, and the pack is priced as one unit.

The two tiers do not stack: a 10-vial custom pack receives 15%, not 25%. The discount applies to the vials in the pack, and the higher of the pack discount or any cart-wide discount applies — never both.

Are the standard 10-vial packs still available?

Yes. The existing sealed 10-vial packs remain available at their existing prices, and a qualifying 10-vial pack satisfies the checkout vial requirement on its own. The custom pack is an additional way to order, not a replacement for it.

Which products can go in a custom pack?

Every research compound we list in a single-vial format and can ship to your delivery country. Bacteriostatic water and other diluents are excluded — they are supplied alongside an order rather than counted as research vials.
